Killarney boat trip round lovely Lough Leane
Question: What are two of the most enjoyable things you can do?
Answer: (1) View a beautiful landscape; (2) Go on a leisurely boat trip.
So why not combine the two? The Lakes of Killarney are one of the most exquisite landscapes in the world. And there’s no better way to view the largest lake, Lough Leane, and the beauties that surround it than by taking a trip on The Lily of Killarney.
Comfort in all weathers, live commentary
The Lily of Killarney is a safe, comfortable, modern, covered and heated watercoach that is designed specifically for lakes. It takes care to ensure the safety and comfort of her guests, from the youngest to the oldest. It rains now and again in Killarney, but she will keep you dry … and if it’s cool, it will keep you warm! But there’s also an outside deck at the back of the boat where you can enjoy the fresh air and take photographs.
During the trip of around one hour, there’s live commentary about the history, folklore and natural life of the area. The boat team have many years of experience and you’ll find it hard to think up a question they can’t answer.
